When I read your childhood is not ready I expected something much worse.
I would love to see a whole story arc animated like this. Maybe just the basic "G.R.O.S.S Club" strip series.
Good that they only used noises, not voices. It's hard to imagine giving Calvin and Hobbes voices that anyone would agree on.
This was actually pretty nice to look at, it captured the style of the comic well and thank god they didn't dare try and voice the characters.
I was expected him to get mauled.
I was really scared that they would have voices and dialogue, as Calvin has always in my head been a "voiceless" character (that is, I don't read his lines in a particular voice). Thankfully, they played it safe.
That's pretty good. Loved the ending.
Animation was good and I'm glad they didn't use voices, but lawdy that sound was awful.

On the other hand that could be because I read them in those voices when I was little and thus nostaliga.

I thought when he looked around suspiciously that he was going to stick his dick in the car.

I always imagined Donald had my dad's voice, and that Scrooge had my dad's gravelly version of his voice etc. Was so disappointed when I was my first Donald cartoon movie.

Apparently the guy who made this got a cease and desist letter. What bullshit.
when i saw "childhood not ready" and saw op was ryu-gi i got really really concerned pleasantly surprised
Really, really great animation, but that foley artist needs work. Or, I s'pose it's the same guy doing the animation and sound, so... Well, his sound needs work. Calvin walking a couple steps sounded like sprinting in FPS games, with the heavy footstep and slight gear rattle and all.
In the description Is he yanking my chain or what because what the hell?
I wouldn't worry, after people seeing that I have no doubt that this video, complete with credit, will be re-uploaded absolutely everywhere on the internet in no time.

This sounds really strange, but I could have sworn that Bill Watterson died a couple of years ago...
Bill Watterson is fucking insane about his ownership of Calvin and Hobbes. Calvin & Hobbles name is very known and there are a lot of people who foam from their mouths from the though of butchering it for profit.
Yet you still see those Calvin Pissing bumper stickers everywhere.
Yet you still see those Calvin Pissing bumper stickers everywhere.
Those aren't official, he did try to sue but at that point so many existed that he lost the case.

Shit I wanted to see this... any else got a mirror on this?
