Actually it's been proven that the Women in Call of Duty were actually run on the Source engine via a plugin which inserted the render into the iw engine but it turned out to be too much of a hassle when improving the graphics so it was dropped with later Call of Duty games.

her campaign was tough as fuck. i remember getting stuck forever on that stage where you are in the factory with tanks and krauts comin from all directions
too bad that game sucked
