"How dare you think I was being profane," she continues, using that vocabulary to its fullest, and demands to know what words the employee took offense to. The employee mentions "the f-bomb." Whatever schools she was educated at, she definitely wasn't there by her own grace (or lack thereof.) The metro employee was very well-behaved. Not many people could have handled that situation with the amount of restraint and tact she exercised, so I have to give props to her for that.

Wow, that woman was a complete bitch to the other one. Oh yes, you're so well-educated and better than her that you have to talk down to her. The other woman acted very mature. I know I would've lost my patience really quickly.
