Red Hot Nickel Omelet. Also, I fucking adore the squelch the torch makes when he turns it off.
Red Hot Nickel Ball taught me that if I ever have to come into contact with a red hot nickel ball, the best thing to wear is watermelon and eggs.

If nothing else, this video taught me that I won't be adding a nickel ball and blowtorch to my kitchen inventory any time soon.
