I feel like I went back to the beta of Counter Strike : Source when ragdoll physic was new and I laughed for 5 minutes straight at any ragdoll flinging like that cause of explosions or such.

Well on a bethesda scale the animations did improve.
In 2002 (aka morrowind year) they made incredibly ludicrous animations.
Seriously just check out the argonian swimming animation in that game. Do it.
