I'm really going to miss this show. :(
I used to watch him and his predecessor Craig Kilborn and I remember the stance was that your humor was to be quiet because people are falling asleep. When Craig Ferguson was the main host for a few episodes it was like that until he went on a rant about a couch and it only taking 5 days to get a hand gun, the said the upper people didn't like it but it stuck with his guns and changed late night. I really think he got shived from being the new host of the late night, not Colbert's fault but still the guy was a shoehorn for Letterman's replacement.

God, losing both Colbert and Ferguson so closely together is making me depressed
