Yeah I'm not really hearing Guile's theme.

After my piano teacher seen a few of his videos his conclusion was that this guy is clearly a very talented musician but he doesn't really care if the song sounds anywhere near to the original, all he does is playing various pre-made patterns using chords he was able to figure out while listening to the original. This is why if there is any lead track in the song he mostly ignores it.
Really good example is once upon a december (@01:30:00) where he clearly doesn't know the song and just uses waltz pattern + parts of the lead melody.
tl;dr it's improvisation without knowing the song, you should not expect him to play it correctly.
He takes the theme of the song and improvises it based on its sound. He doesn't always intend to replicate the song
Then perhaps the video name shouldn't be titled "Guile's Theme."

this poster clearly has 0 background in the arts
Hell, if even if he was bad, which he's not, I'd still watch it because of how into it he gets. I can't help but admire someone who get's that passionate about what he's doing.
My favorite part is when everyone requested Titanic, and that recorder version at that. Ha so funny.
So he plays the theme on Piano. Half way through it, he pulls out a fucking recorder, and while playing the piano, plays it on recorder. Then he starts playing the recorder with both hands and then hitting piano notes with the recorder.
Knew exactly what he was doing
