The blu-ray version looks good, but it janks some of the colors.
If you haven't seen the series it's definitely worth a watch, but for purists I'd go with Cowboy Bebop: Remix.

not gonna lie i literally haven't seen any anime other than eva. and the only real reason I haven't seen Cowboy Bebop is because a girl I hate likes it and I don't want to have something in common with her
but considering how literally every person who talks about it on here adores it maybe I'll watch it perhaps I don't know. I probably will.
