Good place to play hide and seek.
Dumb fucks. The ceiling could have collapsed on them and they could have been stuck there for the rest of their lives. Also, they could have gotten lost.
Old mines can easily collapse by just touching one of the wood pillars.
Safety video so you dont do this at home.

All this makes me thing of is millions of spiders and other deadly bugs wanting to kill me.
Good place to fuck up and die.

"I don't like being under this kind of ceiling, its bad news"
*Continues deeper in*
Wow, just wow.
It's just a plain bad idea to even attempt such an exploration.

Worth it I'd say.
I like how you could fall down a 200 ft deep chasm with no warning if you aren't watching your step.

Hahaha...
No.

With the right knowledge and equipment it would be worth the risk is what I should of said.
These particular two seemed to lack any of that.

Yeah I remember one guy told me here that I shouldn't point sticks at people or someone might think I have a gun and shoot me.

Looks like I have a new mining plan in Minecraft.
Try go in there at night @_@
Mines are usually abandoned for a good reason.

Found any diamonds yet?

They didn't find anymore metals? The company went bankrupt or shutdown?
They didn't find anymore metals? The company went bankrupt or shutdown?
Metal wasn't being found fast enough and the mining corporation, either went under or moved.

There was a gas leak? Toxic chemicals? judged unsafe and easily collapsed? Air quality hazard? etc

It's underground....it would be just as dark as before.
suddenly they find the delorean from BTTF 3
They really need to be careful in there. They could stumble across a creeper, get too close, and set it off. Then you could have a mine collapse and become trapped, providing the initial explosion didn't kill you in the first place.
I saw no Seengin paipes.
-snip-
those guys have balls
Think about the blood and sweat that went into making those mines all of those years ago.
I'd love to do somethnig like that, I've explored a few underground WW2 bunkers and submerged listening posts around my area, they were seriously interesting. There's one underground structure that's hidden like somebody really doesn't want you to find it and sealed up tighter than a virgin arse that'll take some work to get into but the door looks like it hasn't been touched in decades. Ripe exploring territiry if you ask me.
Does anyone here speak cowboy?
