I'm the opposite. I'd stop immediately and ask what's going on and why they think that'd be sexy. Of course they'd then reveal that its a commercial to advertise there is no good way of saying it, but I wouldn't even try.

It's point is that other ads for products and stuff like that can get your attention by using sex to sell it to you. They can't, but it needs attention.
