I mean I'm not talking necessarily about this video, but there's lots of videos where some guys are drifting on busy highways and shit like that. If you'd do such things around here the police would be on your ass in no time.

There's usually a lot of cops on the road and they're strict on traffic regulations, I guess he just got lucky and didn't encounter one.
