Thank you for posting that. I ended up reading a long article about that incident, as well. Very tragic and cautionary story. I've done some recreational scuba, but going down a sinkhole to 800+ feet is incomprehensible to me. A few minutes of bottom time buys you 8 or 10 hours of decompression...

Anyway, fuck caves. I hate caves. In fact, I don't think I ever want to be more than a couple minutes away from being able to see sky.
