I made a few guns that shoot these projectiles that stick and explode into jets of either water, flame, or steam. These jets have very high force and can launch cars and peds miles into the air.
This was made for xbox 360 but I will make it work for the PC version when it is released.

Not yet, but it shouldn't be long before someone makes one. I'd make one myself but I don't know how to create scripts, I only mod the basic data files.

Yeah these kinda console mods make me super excited for PC version modding. I've got a trainer on my Xbox that has a vehicle spawner and all kinds of shit, it's a load of fun for messing around.
