Yeah, there seems to be a lot of modded servers today.
I just joined one where you moved 3x times as fast, and people started bitching, so the host turned it down to 2x. I yelled "SLOWWWWWEEERRRR" and then he made it 1x. Then I yelled NOT SLOW ENOUGH and he turned it all the way down so that we could barely move.
It was awesome.

For the free weekend, every other server was in excessive.

No, modded clients. IWNet is terrible.
I joined a server with infinite ammo, no reload and low gravity once. Danger close Javelin spam, grenade launchers, and RPGs everywhere.
Modded games are somehow more fun than regular games.
