Like others said before me, How the fuck is this a "Prank"? A Prank is something that is not harmful and people get a laugh out of, even the victim gets a good chuckle at it, This is just some asshole crap that he fucks someones day up and gets away with it, I'd personally punch him in the face if he ever done it to me, and I'm sure as hell you would too if he done it to you. You mixed up the term "Prank" with being an asshole/dick to someone and running the fuck away, Most likely if he was ever caught by the running people he would've been punched in the face or beaten up.

I didn't really laugh. Mainly because these are at the expense of someone else. Balls or not, he's doing nothing but pissing people off and he's the only one laughing. The better pranks are when people do something really socially awkward without actually harming anyone else. Dancing in elevators as the doors open or laying flat in weird places; those are good pranks. :v:
