It's from a danish company called fleggaard. Their slogan in danish is "Det er lige over grænsen" which means either it's pushing it too far or that their shop is right across the border. (Because it's a danish company placed in Germany)
At first in TV advertisements, the host (the guy first walking in front) made some advertisements that aired on TV. Then later, he says they have made the best advertisement ever, but they pushed it too far to send it on national TV.
Instead they told people to go to their website to see it.
Later they also made an advertisement for women:
