You guys know Uncle Grandpa, and Danger Planet right? They were both shorts created for Cartoonstitute, Cartoon Network's search for new animated shows after their shitpile of crap called the early 2000's. Here's another one. It hasn't been greenlisted for a series yet (those belong to shorts Adventure Time and Regular Show), but I sure hope it will. Wish they brought cartoons like that back to cartoon network.:frown:
well for a standalone production it works pretty well. could be a nice place to get some interesting scenarios for episodes. pretty obvious its not a professional production but the animation can definitely be considered professional.
Although I no longer care for cartoons, I wish the younger kids these days would be able to enjoy things like this rather than Hannah MonIdentity Crisis and iCarly.
The art style always appealed to me.
I didn't find it funny, Regular Show is way better.
I don't like it. It's just not funny.
Danger Planet was better. Hopefully by some divine intervention of sorts some network will pick it up. I don't watch cartoons anymore, but kids need to watch some quality shit (and Danger Planet had me laughing).
Do want. RIP: Dexter's Lab Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy Johnny Bravo Angry Beavers The best cartoons to ever grace my childhood.
I liked this alot. But like others have already said Danger Planet, the Regular Show, etc is better.
I thought it was decent. It's probably a bit to hard to understand for a child though.
That was funky. I like.
Why does the German one goose-step and make swastikas?
I enjoyed it, but it did seem like some of the refrences they were making would just go over some kids heads
they need a nostalgia style network...
they need a nostalgia style network...
They do, but like, -1950 Nostalgia.
I was hoping for a cartoon on Three Dog from Fallout 3.
I like it.
I love the art of the oldschool cartoons.
Looks a little reminiscent of the Bogeyman episode in PPG.
Funky. I liked it.
Now that dog had some melting into the bed type of weed.
I dunno. It's definitely not as bad as some of the bullshit cartoons they show now, and it's an interesting concept, but the "cartoon about a band" shtick has been done before and it always ends up being sort of lame and annoying.
Nu Jazz is the shit
Hey isn't the dog with the blue jeans voiced by the same guy that did Static Shock? Sounds exactly the same.
Uncle Grandpa was the best one.
That was excellent!
They funked all those people into oblivion. Holy shit.
I don't like it. It's just not funny.
Yeah I found nothing funny, but I did like the look of it.
