I was lucky enough to compete in a regional heat (Leeds) for this competition and I'm pretty annoyed that Bryce Fury was barely featured on camera let alone interviewed. He's an amazing DJ and the whole point of this competition was to showcase young talent and prove to MPs that dance music is a wonderful thing (They tried outlawing house music and the rave scene a couple of decades ago so this event was quite monumental) But fair play to Fatboy Slim getting all the media attention, he was a pioneer after all and the Guy Fawkes stunt he pulled was surprisingly well received.
