The game doesn't really look like it has much depth. Just a basic wave-based shooter. They probably took on the name to garner attention because this game wouldn't get it otherwise.

Looks like you have to flip your block into the right direction in order to aim, which might be pretty interesting to play with for a few minutes. I could see it being successful as a $1-3 mobile game or something.
It's decently fun and it's free. If the devs add co-op and flesh it out a bit more i'd certainly throw a couple bucks at it.
Plus whenever tumblr and the media gets a hold of "mass murder white power racism simulator 2016" it's just going to lead to more people buying it. People have something to stay mad at and the devs just rake in the money.
Everybody wins.

It's a bit more than that, when you move you flip your block around and only faces with a circle on them shoot rockets, it's actually a decent challenge.
Is Al Sharpton a playable character? I rather talk out my problems than use pointless violence.
I think it looks pretty cool, use of the news thing as a hud is a neat concept.

I'n not entirely sure that would be a win-win situation. Sure those type of people get mad a lot, but that's because there's so many things that bother them. I don't think that would exactly be a good thing for them.
I gotta admit, though, this game does look kinda fun and neat, especially with the visuals.
Pretty simple looking game, but that name and the colors used are going to do all the marketing needed for it. Genius

BLM has a point about black deaths in custody amongst other things the media+police try to sweep under the rug
not every black person who gets shot from the police is innocent, yes, but most seem to have just magically gotten a gun and been shot with it, no suspicion at all
BLM has radicals just like every organisation but to call it an organisation that deserves to be mocked is fucking stupid
