Jesus Christ it's like a wall of glowing plastic.
Well, that was pretty damn awesome for Airsoft guns.
one guy shoots screen goes white
Holy fuck that's awesome :v:
God dammit I hate how you accidentally click the video and it goes into the Youtube link. You exit that Youtube link and go back to this embedded version and the video's loading restarts from where you last stopped. I hate that, especially with slow internet.
How the hell do airsoft guns make "muzzleflashes"?
I think it's just some light trickery when the tracer exits the barrel.
^Yesh.
No matter what happens in my life, nothing this awesome will ever tkae place in my sorry excuse for a city. That looked so fun.
when he said he's gonna paint the target, he really fucking meant it. :psyduck:
Do you have to do it at night for them to work?
That would be so awesome to be in. [editline]09:36PM[/editline]
Do you have to do it at night for them to work?
I'm guessing they are glow in the dark, So yes.
ahh looks fun. in my area no one else air softs really. i did finally mange to meet some people with airsoft guns and we decided to meet up in the woods to illegally play (no fields are even close to us, which is funny considering this is pennsylvania) and it wasn't till i got there that i found out; while i had a high quality actual airsoft m1911 gbb, they had 20$ plastic springers from kmart. none of them have any gear what so ever, i had improvised protection (paint ball mask, heavy clothing ect). i still haven't met anyone else D: so i guess i'm just a starting collector.
So jealous... just want to.... :ssj:
You need two things for this to work - a supply of glow-in-the-dark BBs, and a little unit that attaches to the end of your airsoft gun's barrel. It basically shines a flash of light onto one of these BBs as it passes, instantly "charging" it and causing it to be lit up in the dark when it exits.
At first this whole thing looked as goofy and retarded as LARPing with the whole camo gear and NV (lol airsoft fanatics) but yet was pretty awesome anyways :v:

In airsoft you get actual gun models and replicas, paintball you do not.
Looks fucking awesome!
i don't see how people see airsoft as stupid, yet think paintballing is awesome. In airsoft you get actual gun models and replicas, paintball you do not.
Probably because you can actually play paintball as a competitive sport whereas airsoft is just to look cool.
Probably because you can actually play paintball as a competitive sport whereas airsoft is just to look cool.
and have fun and you know, have fun but fuck having fun who needs fun, everyone does stuff to look cool nowadays
Probably because you can actually play paintball as a competitive sport whereas airsoft is just to look cool.
Paintball is crap, I used to play it, but it was awash with whiny sore losers, so I quit. I started doing airsoft a few months ago and I love it, rith now I am looking for another team, but I have a fully weighted M14 replica that is pretty accurate. It also came with a rail system for mounting a scope and other attachments. I find it to be more enjoyable than running around playing with paint. Plus, no mess to clean up afterwords.
Let's not turn this into one of these stupid arguments. [sp]Because we all know Airsoft is where it's at.[/sp] :smug:
Looks awesome reminds me of Starwars. I've never seen the problem with airsoft either what I do have is a problem with are some of the airsoft players the sort who wear Regimental Badges they didn't earn or wear para wings the don't deserve you must know what I mean.
Premeir Black Ops Elite riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight probably shit their pants in real combat anyways
I'm a paintballer, but I will admit that this is fucking awesome.
Is there rules for airsoft, like paintball?
^yes. If you guys are into airsoft, or have any questions or whatever, please come to the airsoft subforum! http://www.facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=264

I tried airsoft, I just don't see how you can play it, no one knows if they got hit, its just a big roleplay thing when everything is said and done. But hey, that's just my opinion. Truth is, I would much rather play airsoft than paintball; paintball gear is more massive, stupid looking, and expensive than airsoft, plus you have to do maintainance on your guns alot more frequently. But the bottom line is, airsoft is just a big "I got you, no I got you!" fest when you're playing competitively. I'm a competitive guy so maybe that's why it doesn't well sit with me. If they somehow come up with an effective marking mechanism for airsoft, trust me I'll be all over that, until then I'll stick with paintball. And Yes I know about paintball pellets, they suck.
