by far the most stupid and dimwitted meme i've ever seen
Jesus guys, memes have standards, come on.
I don't understand why he's mad. It may not be funny, but everyone has different tastes, doesn't mean you're dumb if you like damn Daniel.
FP doesn't like IHE?
News to me.
8 minute rant over a 30 second vine compilation?
Dude needs his priorities checked.
It definitely isn't on the "Can I haz cheezburger?" intellectual level of memes.

not if you realize a 30 second vine compilation will turn into a shitty and dumb joke that'll be said over and over again for 30 weeks
8 minute rant over a 30 second vine compilation?

yes because its so completely obvious that he is being 100% serious in all his content and that he legitimately, actually, feels that strongly about a meme.
8 minute rant over a 30 second vine compilation?

Priorities as in maintaining a Youtube channel primarily focused on this exact kind of content?
Theres jokes like this in family guy, simpsons and all sorts of shitty tv shows nowadays
I'm glad im not the only one sitting there watching one of the characters make what could be a 10 second joke last (sometimes literally) 2 minutes or more thinking "am...am i supposed to be laughing? there's no joke ...jesus its still going on? how long can you make the audience watch literally nothing happening for and then play it off as part of the shows wacky humour?
I guess im an old giffer and this is what kids see as comedy these days

It wasn't over a 30 second vine. It was about current "meme" and popular cultures, which is much more than 30 seconds. I think this would have been better titled, "I HATE MEME/VINE CULTURE"

What's there to like?
What's there to like?
it's mostly the kid's enthusiasm combined with daniel just yuckin it up
it's not really that funny but had a strange effect on me the first time i saw it, it's just such a simple pleasure
when other people say it it's not funny at all, but that original video just reminds me of some good ol days
[editline]23rd February 2016[/editline]
i can't explain it, but it's just so real.
everyone's seen that type of shit at high school and it's so reminiscent of some of all them good ol school exclusive inside jokes and the such
[editline]23rd February 2016[/editline]
plus those vans do look sick af
Since I am no longer in High School. I don't get the newest memes fast enough. I haven't even heard of this one yet and people are already complaining about it.
he say's it's taken the internet by storm but, I've only seen it literally once Does he go out of his way to get pissed?
I hate people who hate IHE
imagine making an obnoxious 8 minute 'I HATE!!' video on a short viral twitter video
[editline]24th February 2016[/editline]
people will forget about damn daniel in a week who cares?? why make this video????
people will forget about damn daniel in a week who cares??
oh you have no idea
lol wtf
oh you have no idea
Talk about an overreaction. This isn't going to become the type of meme that's spread everywhere (i.e. John Cena) because it's a vine meme. John Cena lasted so long because 4chan got a hold of it first. It's essentially a trickle down effect:
4Chan/Reddit>Not as popular forums (facepunch)>social media>dead meme
It started on social media. Think about it, no one's going to begin repeating damn daniel meme's on 4chan without getting BTFO.

If a meme has reach your high school and your friends are talking about it, it's already dead.

Yet meme's like Deez Nuts are still floating around and certain "media" outlets seem to treat them like relevant indiviuals when it's just two people messing around with a phone camera.
It eventually goes back to the "Making people with no talent famous" complaint that goes around.
"I don't like popular thing"
okay no one gives a fuck
I was wondering why I was seeing "damn Daniel" posted on YikYak over and over and over again
If a meme has reach your high school and your friends are talking about it, it's already dead.
So basically all memes are dead then.
To be honest i wonder how this even became a meme. I don't see any comedic value in the "Damn Daniel" meme whatsoever.

if a joke is considered a meme it's already dead
the humor in it is mostly how popular it got for being some dumb.
same with a lot of things.
how long does it take for a meme to become dank?

As someone who is still in high school, I can tell you people still say "deez nuts" and "what are those" all the time. It's not going away any time soon.
