I thought this was very interesting

although nostalgia critic seems to see through some weird anti-rose-tinted glasses, this is definitely worth a watch

Wouldn't that be jade-tinted glasses? No wait, jaded is when you're bored or lacking enthusiasm, and such glasses would fit better on the face of Dr Ashens or Totalbiscuit.
I dunno what colour would best describe a pessimistic cynical view in opposition to the rose tint. It's probably be bluish or maybe indigo, something connected to the negative or a rainy day, since red is the "positive" optimistic colour and jade would be the neutral unenthusiastic colour in this spectrum of emotional perception, so the blue would be connected to the "negative" cynicism and pessimism.
That said NC doesn't seem too "pessimistic" from where I've been looking, more like being passionate about something that isn't right or does something terribly wrong.

Cyan-tinted glasses?
I did, but I was trying to figure out an appropriate term for it, the right colour to describe the opposite of rose-tinted glasses.
Also I dunno if cyan's the right colour, it looks and sounds too bright for a truly pessimistic outlook. Navy sounds and looks a bit duller, maybe that's a more appropriate colour for the "anti-rose". Still, jade-tinted glasses works as a concept for a tired unenthusiastic outlook, right?

In the end, everyone walked away while you were still rambling.
This is pretty fun, and although it's not the main focus rapid-fire comedy is one of the Critic's strengths.

too bad this isnt a forum and real life
i mean you would have to be pretty warped in the head to not see the difference between the two

everyone on FP should know by now that if ironman17 doesn't type a paragraph of material for each of his posts his shock-collar will activate
That belt fall. Now I will never unsee it.
