Damn, I was JUST about to hit the submit button on my thread. I really enjoyed this collab, though. I think the submission that stood out the most for me was the whiteboard, even if it was super brief.
I always love these, just seeing all the different art styles, and seeing some beautifully animated piece next to one filled with memes. :v:
I always love these, just seeing all the different art styles, and seeing some beautifully animated piece next to one filled with memes. :v:
My favorite part is comparing the parts made by more advanced artists - attention to detail, advanced lighting, flowing motion, etc. - to the parts clearly by novices. It's always cool to see how much skill can vary from person to person, and being involved in collabs like these is part of the improvement process.
What if there was a collab to reanimate an entire episode of family guy (or another lazily animated show) to put more effort into the animation? Still love seeing these though, they're alot of fun to watch.
I always really love seeing these kinds of collabs to see how all the artists can get together and show their own art styles and animation. also that cavewoman daisy tho :wideeye:
I really want to get involved with one of these reanimate projects but I always seem to find out about them after they happen. Luigi becoming a mega hunk while wringing his cap was amazing

For some reason, although it was one of the more basic animations, what I laughed at the most was Luigi turning into Rodney Dangerfield during the "was it something I said?" line.
also good god the one where luigi jumps over the lava waterfall had me fucking burst out laughing ahah
found that guy's channel. has a cool breakdown for how he did one of his scenes here: good god that fucking thumbnail
i wish they didnt use/replace shmorky's part since they've been outed as a creepy pedo. but other than that, it remind me of simpler times where i watch this episode on youtupe with 180p quality
I hope do they do this with that old Zelda cartoon.
Wasn't Andrew Dickman a rapist?
I hope do they do this with that old Zelda cartoon.
Or an episode of Captain N, preferably the one with Wombatman or any other episode where he spends the entire episode not so much fighting Mother Brain but whoever other character hurt his ego this time.
Something about animation projects like this really bring back the child-like wonder and sense of amazement from watching these shows for the first time. On the topic of what should be done next- I think it would be cool if there was a collab to animate the audio that was for the cancelled Angry Beavers series finale. Or just any audio from any show that didn't get animated; both the change of styles and many different people's interpretations of what's happening in a scene based on audio cues would be pretty interesting.
i wish they didnt use/replace shmorky's part since they've been outed as a creepy pedo.
Context: Shmorky at one point got into underage fetish RP with a 16-year old schizophrenic who purportedly said that he was just as emotionally manipulative towards his ex's; for the record, someone here on FP was friends with this person and said it indeed went down this way. What's worse though is instead of cleaning up his act or getting help when people found out, he almost succeeded in attempting suicide and ended up in a hospital shortly thereafter.
Now, i'm kinda tempted to join an Reanimated collab someday ! :v
