Yeah she would have flipped on the hood. Sedans are designed to make it so the person gets flipped onto the top of the car. In fact, most people don't die from impacting on the car, but from hitting their heads on the ground after being tossed over. Also notice how the car doesn't bump at all when running over her but simply has normal rolling from braking.
