When I had drivers ed my teacher told me he drove with a girl and these kids on bikes came around. They circled the car so she couldn't get out and since it was drivers ed they had a camera onboard. They captured the kid attempting to crash and make it look like it was the drivers fault. The kids could've gotten insurance claims for it and some money.
