One team is security, the other are intruders. Kill the opposing team or, as intruders, secure the objective. Too much damage can knock you over, kill times are quick and headshots are lethal, and you have to either locally speak or use your radio while opposing players can hear you in proximity. Traps, stealth and ambushes are the best way to not get royally fucked so long as you know the map and have a competent team, since a direct firefight is always a bad idea.

They've been friends for over a year now after Bedbanana convinced Zuthar to guide Criken into shitty gmod RP servers. Since Zuthar has made himself known for exploring shitty gmod RP and Criken and his friends end up roleplaying in nearly every game they stream together, Zuthar and him got along almost immediately.
