Because it's the most likely thing? Taske's only posts were videos which were reuploaded by other channels. It's entirely possible that it was programmed to pull the video and a translated comment from another forum to post it here.
Along with that, it could check to see when it's name is mentioned in a thread and then to notify the maker.
