no, I don't like posts where the majority of the video is just showing off some simple bug/hack as if it's ~really cool and awesome and hard to do~

I can explain pretty decently, after figuring it out myself:

This DarkRP mod shown in the video adds a banking system, complete with ATMs that people use to make withdrawals and deposits like in real life. However, it's apparently got holes in the coding used to make it work, which this guy who made the video figured out how to exploit using LUA scripting.

Using said LUA scripts, he exploited the system to alter his bank balance, and to literally drain all of the money out of all other players' accounts on each server he performed the exploit on. The exploit left him with all of the server's money on each server he used it on, and everyone else with apparently insane negative balances (-$99,999,999 was one such negative balance, I believe).

By manipulating the apparently-crappy coding in the ATM mod, he was able to completely screw the economy of each and every server with the mod that he visited. Hence the video title, "the darkrp economy has crashed".
