Well atleast the mum is actually doing something about his behaviour instead of just letting him do what he wanted. My parent's didn't do anything with my brother as he was growing up, and now he's a spoilt little shit who still throws tantrums at 17 years old. When I was growing up I used to get slapped and soap in the mouth etc, and I ended up actually being well behaved.

I got soap in my mouth, do I need to be on Dr. Phil? The punishment was strange and this at this point he knew what he did wrong by the time she put him in the shower. What adults often don't know is that children don't know good from bad that well yet. You have to show affection and praise a child when they are being good too.
