Rather short but hey. It's a reveal for a reveal so I'll take anything.
Very short, but it was enough for me to go DOOOOOOMED
Oh sweet finally
Man, the Revenant looks great.
Too short but, YES!
That is one agitated Revenant.
The revenant, to me, looks like he's screaming "OH GOD IM SO SORRY I CANT CONTROL THESE THINGS DONT GET MAD AT ME"
Pausing it at just the right time when he reloads (2 secs), you can see the kind of design his armor will be like.
I am thankful that we are able to watch the whole entire three seconds of in-engine footage in 1080p and 60FPS. It has made a change in my life that I will never forget.
So you're saying that you'd rather be limited to 720p because of the length of the clip? Even when they had the option to render it higher?

I'm still freakin out over here. Holy crap. Also Doomguy's new gloves look sweet as hell
pegi 18 aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa the end
I gotta say with all the remakes coming out, it seems like they're starting to learn to keep things like the old games to some degree. Very pleased to see the revenant is closer to the original design. Though the technological part of him has that Wolfenstein: The New Order look. It's funny how in comparison to Doom 3's revenant the parts looked alot more quaky with a full silicone body injection to boot.
i can see it will have cero blur and look weird too, as the new order did.
I hope there's coop.
Shit, I blinked just after the PEGI18 deal and missed the video and had to replay it, lol.
I hope there's coop.
This really needs to happen. I know they are mostly mods but all of the doom games (including 3) are great in coop
Lovely, we've got the double-barrelled Mister Shotty. Can't go wrong with a good shotgun.
So, what, no subtitle to differentiate it from the original '94 game? I really hope they're not doing that.

I can still see traces of the old DOOM3 textures on the SSG though.
As long as this plays and feels like wolfenstein I'll be happy

doom vs killing floor 2
I hope the game does well but it won't be the same without Carmack.
I shouldn't be hyped because we've seen no gameplay and only 3 seconds of what is likely pre-rendered footage anyways. Yet, despite all the poor behaviour from game companies, I can't stop myself from being at least a bit excited. Excusing the fact that it's a new Doom game (which is a big reason in of itself if we pretend Doom 3 didn't happen), I think the rad music has something to do with it.
I hope Mick Gordon is doing this score. He did wonders on TNO.
I doubt it was prerendered, in engine video is all the rage these days.
I believe it is actually in engine, at least that's how it was shown off to me from a friend. And besides, I'm pretty sure 3 seconds is not worth prerendering.
Trailer summary: "Pegi 18. ARRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"
