Barge crashes into boats at new smyrna beach but something strange happens...

My dad was detailing a boat at minorca and a barge came loose and nearly destroyed the entire marina. Good thing the tug boat stopped it! The strange thing is that this was never reported. It happend about 3 days ago. The local news did NO report on it. Its like they were trying to cover it up. Also the audio gets distorted at around 1:34. I really don't know why they wouldn't mention anything. You guys give me your opinion. Here's the video:

It does look like the tug would've taken some serious damage. But with the shaky video footage, it's hard to tell.

I must say that the audio distortion is extremely strange. I have no idea if you are telling the truth or not but if you are, the news may not have reported it because it could be for a movie or something.

I think the audio distortion was the result of my dad being in contact with "The Operator"...
