Yes; there's cruelty being dealt to the animal, which makes it AWFUL!
Lol ugly, that's like saying you are walking down your hallway at 1:00 AM, it's pitch black, you can't see shit, and you trip over your dog and fall on it. It doesn't kill it and only mildly hurts it so that it yelps and that's it, and it was an accident, but it's still animal cruelty so you go to jail for it.
Even if this was real, which we have established that it isn't, it could hardly be considered animal cruelty, it was an accident, he was SPINNING ON HIS HEAD with LITTLE CONTROL, and the cat JUMPED ON HIM AND GOT KICKED. If anything it's the cats' fault for being a dumbass.
I fully agree with animal cruelty being awful and therefor rate you agree, but i don't think this could be classified as so...
