"I have snow and weed baby we party 2 a lil"
poor man minding his own business just trying to have a lil party
poor man minding his own business just trying to have a lil party
Yeah, to be fair he wasn't hurting anyone other than himself.
What's up with the cuts between pauses? Is it just done for this specific video or is Cops like this now?
I find it extremely weird that the cop just opens up the door and arrests the man while asking him if he has an id. Even when the guy says he does. There's something definitely wrong with that. The man was completely calm and compliant, the cop would have to be pretty damn sure of himself to completely ignore the guys 'story' like that. If it were another guy they did this to who was innocent there wold be a serious problem.

He also noticed the baggie, and the guy was acting suspicious. I would say don't jump the gun before we even know what really happened between the cuts.
poor man minding his own business just trying to have a lil party
I wonder how many people were hurt/killed for that lil baggy of meth to make it's way to him.
I wonder how many people were hurt/killed for that lil baggy of meth to make it's way to him.
That wouldn't be an issue if it was legal in the first place. Obviously not saying that doing meth is a good idea, but making it criminal has probably caused more harm than good
At least it wasn't weed. His text said "snow" so I'm going to guess it was actually cocaine, but meth and coke are both Schedule II, and marijuana is still Schedule I even after all the effort America has been through to undo the myth of "reefer madness" Reagan shoved up our ass. [editline]9th December 2016[/editline] Apparently meth and cocaine in any amount are a felony in California. Feel bad for him, but hopefully he doesn't have too bad of a sentence for that measly bag and some questionable text logs

So he detained the individual and searched the car. The search resulted in drugs and other items in which then he was informed he was arrested. Not a hard concept.
Yeah, to be fair he wasn't hurting anyone other than himself.
People like him are a menace to the community and fuel other major problems such as drug trafficking and sex trafficking.
Don't they have mobile drug tests in the US?
Don't they have mobile drug tests in the US?
Yes you can test a substance to confirm what it is.

Is it legal for a policeman to root through your phone text messages? Seems like a crazy big breach of privacy.
Is it legal for a policeman to root through your phone text messages? Seems like a crazy big breach of privacy.
in finland you don't need a search warrant to commit search n seizure :smug:
Is it legal for a policeman to root through your phone text messages? Seems like a crazy big breach of privacy.
In the US, Riley v. California states that phones are protected by 4th amendment search and seizure rules, but there may be a caveat where you actually have to take some action to protect the contents of your phone (e.g. setting a lockscreen code) for it to be valid. It's been a bit since my digital privacy class, so this might not be entirely true.
"I have snow and weed baby we party 2 a lil"
Are police allowed to take your phone and just start flicking through it at their own leisure? Surely you have to be pressed with charges before that is legal [editline]9th December 2016[/editline] late
"what is this" *grabs crack pipe* "oh i have no clue oh my god" what a legend
