The song choice was pretty bad. The synchronization between them was pretty good but it's just not right tone/mood.

Not really sure, Pendulum doesn't seem right, or any other drum and base.

ME is more of an "epic" kind of space rather than YEAHHHH TRANCE PARTY LIKE IT'S 2049 kind of space.
That's why the orchestral soundtrack worked so well for it. Even Omega had very deep bass lines to display how it was a very dangerous place to live in.
