How to get the key to the GoodSprings house in Fallout new vegas

I do realize i posted in the fallout series thread but in a matter of 10 minutes the video was covered in multiple pages, so i think it helped no one out. So now I'm going to put it over here.

This is for the people who had no clue how to get the key to goodsprings house.

Well that is strange.. the house doesn't even exist for me. Well.. it's there. But it has collapsed.

So it is a mod. I thought only the extension stuff like the workbench was a mod.
