I don't believe paying five dollars to get two Indian men to write "Death to all jews" is in any way unacceptable. Perhaps it undercuts the ability to be an appealing and sponsor-worthy content-creator yes, but the action does not make Pewdiepie a bad person. I believe any person can make a joke about any topic, if audience is given consideration.

I'd argue that Fiverr was responsible for that, not PDP.
And banning bad phrases completely has a negative effect. If you ban a bad phrase, it won't just fade away. It will become more impactful, more offensive.
When you were young you probably used the word "Fuck" or something similiar and it was VERY impactful and powerful word. Because it was banned. Because you would get in trouble if your parents/teachers heard it.
Now the word is used so much it's pretty much lost all its power. "Fuck" over here is used in every other sentence.
