You have two options: 1. "hey cop guy i have this illegal substance here." 2. "No." Obviously if you are not a complete retard you'd say no, and the cop should obviously know it, so he shouldn't even ask the question because if he was allowed to search it, then there obviously would be nothing illegal there.

I can understand where the Cop is coming from, I mean the man has been arrested before for drug possession and the Cop most likely knows about it, knowing that he's doing something related to narcotics. Imagine knowing an injustice is happening, you're an officer of authority but you can't do absolute shit because of people hiding behind the constitution who you know are holding something.

Although if it was marijuana then I don't mind, anything else and my stance doesn't change.
