That Cacodemon in the thumbnail is so cute.
Come on elder scrolls... come ooooon...

Too soon IMO. Look at the time gap between FO3 and Skyrim.

Huh wait, next year will be 3 years since FO4.
Hm

Bethesda has already said that TES 6 won't be out anytime soon.
However, I've seen rumors that they're maybe working on a new IP titled "Starfield" or something.
So, how long until someone puts Little Lies in the background of this video? :v:
I would love a new TES, provided it got a bit more complex instead of being dumbed down again.
Oh, and Dishonored 2/Prey DLC would be cool.

They literally said they weren't working on fallout 4 the entirety of the time they were working on fallout 4 until the e3 reveal.

The gap between Morrowind and Oblivion was smaller than the one between Skyrim and now
Give me some fuckin Wolfenstein
Back when the Montreal sister studio was announced they also announced they were working on two new IPs that we're more likely to see before TES VI, but also with how they kept Fallout 4 in the dark until right before they released it, they could realistically sneak it in there. Wouldn't be surprised either way.
Not too long from now we will hear Todd's sweet little lies.
I'm not hoping for TES6 now.
I'm just hoping for some information on TES6.
Or some more insight on why they fucked up Fallout 4.
i want the next tes just so i can be salty about it
I'm looking forward to anything from any studio under Bethesda, except BethSoft.
I'm hoping for something from Id, or Arkane, or who knows -- maybe, please -- a new Obsidian Fallout.
I just want word on the new Wolfenstein and maybe some Dishonored 2 and Prey DLCs/expansions
I'm game for a new Wolfenstein, hungry for more singleplayer shooter campaigns.

Are the same writers/etc still there? Someone told me that a lot of the staff have moved on so it might not happen again :saddowns:
Obsidian will never work with Bethesda again. It isn't happening.
The gap between Morrowind and Oblivion was smaller than the one between Skyrim and now
Yeah, because they worked on another game between Skyrim and now, Oblivion was the game they made directly following Morrowind.

Chris Avelone left Obsidian a few years ago, but he just moves around different indie studios to write for them. He'd most likely go back to Obsidian if they were making a new Fallout. That said Josh Sawyer, the creative director for New Vegas, is still at Obsidian and doing a great job.
As for the others, after New Vegas Obsidian had to downsize so quite a few people had to be let go.
Obsidian will never work with Bethesda again. It isn't happening.
What makes it so impossible to you?
Obsidian will never work with Bethesda again. It isn't happening.
They've publicly shown interest in working on a new Fallout. Pretty sure it was a tweet or something.

Except multiple people at Obsidian, including Feargus Urquhart the current CEO and Josh Sawyer, have said they would love to work on another Fallout game some day.
That doesn't mean anything will happen, but it also doesn't mean they're refusing to work with Bethesda again.

I'm pretty sure different teams make TES:VI and Fallout 4
Hope that there is more news on Fallout 4 Vr.
Can't wait to see how they handle stuff like movement and action.
I'm just looking forward to Skyrim VR, but I think they might only show fo4 VR
Putting my money one a new IP and a that Fallout New Orleans leak

Bethesda Game Studios only have about 150 employees. The only difference in who worked on the games comes from people leaving the company and new hires.
I need my fix of a new Bethesda RPG.

The way Bethesda almost killed Obsidian with the 1 point metascore bonus fiasco would probably stop them from working with them again.

Except that multiple people from Obsidian, including the guy who signs the deals, have said they'd like to do another Fallout game. Bethesda didn't give New Vegas an 84 on metacritic and Obsidian signed the deal with a minimum of 85 as a requirement. It was a crap deal but Obsidian weren't tricked into making it.
And yes, Bethesda Softworks rushed New Vegas out the door for a Christmas launch, but after the massive success of Fallout 4 I would hope they understand the benefit of allowing an open world RPG the time needed for development.
I wonder if they will be showing off any Fallout 4 VR stuff
