The last sketch in series 4 of 'That Mitchell and Webb Look'. It carries on from a joke they made in the previous episode about sad endings, but still they pulled this off pretty well.
That was actually really sad at the end.

I was nearly in tears at this. My Granddad was like that near the end.

Webb acted it out so well I thought.
I think the end was a reference to the previous episode where they talked about how the last series of Blackadder ended on a sad note.
