I think you need to realize that the anthems are the same, except the lyrics are different. That's still the Russian anthem, and I'm pretty sure it's the post-1991 version.

I think it's funny that the original famous Moonbase Alpha video was from youtube poop forum members, and they constantly spammed John Madden because they used to fucking worship a member named "john madden" who would act like john madden all the time and say funny shit. Now it's completely out of context and has taken a whole new form.
