If this is meant to be eaten in layers, how are you supposed to heat it up? Usually when I heat up canned food I dump it into a bowl and microwave it. But if you dump this into a bowl it'll get all mixed together.

Although apparently heating cans can apparently cause sickness, so I wouldn't advise to do it that way.

I got hungry now. I have not eaten nothing but shitty food for like 4 months because i moved out and i have no fucking clue how to make food.
