So this is S-Vidya. A web show about all kinds of strange, surreal, and even scary games out there. Sit back, and enjoy.
We just opened up the channel a little over a week ago and started the show.. so any feedback is appreciated!
Enjoy.

One of my personal favorites. I think I pretty much gushed enough in the video.
Surprisingly well made video, although I already knew about it for the most part. I sort of like White Waking (the background music) for some reason.

Thanks! I wanted to start with something more simple.. but I'm hoping to get more and more strange and surreal as we go while still mixing it up with some well known games.
Plus I just love this game. And definitely the music.
You should do a review of LISA: The Painful RPG. It's on Steam for 9.99. It's so warped and depressing with tons of pitch black humor.
Oh man, I really like these kinds of short reviews. Very nice video, plan on being a regular watcher

Glad you liked it! There will be more videos within the month, friend!
Wow, when they exit the cave/last area and it's generic JRPG/RPG-maker style... that really hit me for some reason. Hahaha, thanks for this vid.

Definitely a really cool part of the game! When I first played that all I could do was just sit there for a little bit thinking about what the hell just happened.
Cool. I'm always interested in those RPG Maker games along the lines of Yume Nikki and Ib. Although I have a feeling you'll probably review games outside of that small, specific subgenre. That's good though, your reviews shouldn't be limited to RPG Maker.
I wonder if you've heard of Irisu Syndrome. It's a physics game reminiscent of Tetris with a story very loosely related to The Book of Bunny Suicides. It's also got a great soundtrack, but that's not the point.

Oh, I'm definitely going to check that one out. Thanks for the suggestion! Really suggestions are what is going to keep this show alive. I've got tons of ideas but there is just a lot I don't know about, haha.
Its a good start to something that looks to be like a very intresting series.
What's the song name?

Yo Steve! I'm actually really interested in this series. You tackled a game that I think most people would be scared to talk about. That being said, I think it's really solid and I genuinely REALLY like where these are heading!
Awesome to see more people talking about Space Funeral.
If you haven't already, you should check out Off. It's another RPGMaker game in a similar vein to Space Funeral.
(both games pale in comparison to Barkley: Shut Up and Jam Gaiden though)
Tales of the Drunken Paladin needs a love letter.
Its fantastic in the same way any thing goofy is fantastic. Same with Barkely Shut up and Jame Gaiden.
How about trying OFF?

Updated for the latest episode! What do Terry Cavanagh and Greek mythology have in common? Find out and don't forget to give some feedback! Feedback and suggestions are what is going to keep the show alive!

I've been told this is a good one. Its most definitely on my list!
Hey Facepunch folks, I just did a video on I'm Null, which I coincidentally found on these forums. I got a small interview with the developer behind the game and it turned out to be a pretty weird experience. Lemme know what you all think! I've been working on improving the formula and flow. You guys have been super dope so far so I'm hoping to get some more constructive criticism and shit.
Thanks <3.
lol I didn't realize it was you posting somehow when I saw your thread back when. I have yet to meet anyone in "I'm Null." When did you make that video? I quite enjoy your vids keep it up.

This guy's other art is just... art exactly as I like it.

Thanks dude! Yeah, whoever runs the show there is certainly interesting. I was keeping up with who was talking about it and joined in when I originally found the game here. Played with a ton of folks. Then the second time I played when Vinesauce was playing and messed around with people then. Sadly the game is only populated when someone bigger is taking a look at it. While it's understandable being not much in the actual game.. it's a shame. This super weird world only gets visited every so often.. but I suppose it's almost the point of the game after having the interview.
