I like the part where he breaks off from the jet he is following and kills a helicopter at spawn.

You know regeneration only works above 70-80% right? if you go below 40% your armor actually starts ticking down till you fix it yourself.

It definitely works below 70%, I had it happen to me numerous times. You can always repair unless you go into disabled range where it slowly starts dying.
I just wish that if you took damage or needed ammo you had to return to your base, that was pretty cool in BF2.

it's 50% so 1 AA rocket from 100% hp you can survive just, but you just need to get the jet below 50% and they are as good as down, if they don't have the perk where they can regen from lower HP but that removes another perk
I got hit by 2 missiles at once when flying a jet, hit C to go into third-person camera to see where I am in relation to the battlefield and barely manage to see three more stinger missiles hit me in the tail, and all the important parts of my jet fall of just before I turn into powder.
Jets are fun as hell to fly, but good god do missiles of any sort (particularly jet heatseekers) annoy me.

Jets weren't really implemented well imo. The only way to fight them realistically is to use lock on launchers. "Oh he popped flares, time to reload". I guess it's more realistic but not particularly compelling. I was looking forward to being dedicated AA but got bored after watching jets fly around the map for 20 minutes. Atleast helicopters are easy kills.
Would be better if vehicles/jets had ammo that needs replacing like in BF2, aswell as no health regen.
I could never get the key bindings right for my flight stick. It would either not bind at all or reverse itself. Pretty much the exact same thing that would happen in Bad Company 2 with the helicopters.
Airplanes win battles in battlefield games. It's always been like that.
Especially in bf1943 from what i can tell. Sometimes poeple bunch up and planes just tear them up.
The amount of idiots in the beta made it so easy to rack up points for people who are actually good at the game.
seriously i stayed on a server for like 9 hours straight and every game the enemy team would fly the chopper straight to our main base and get annihilated.

True, I liked having to restock my ammo from time to time. Now everything has an infinite ammo and fuel pool.
Didn't even know the jets had air-to-surface missile unlocks.
I miss bf2 :(

No it's not. The LAV is much faster than the Tunguska.

its shit really, it all comes down to two or three guys capping and the rest of the team camping by the jet spawn, since they can kill armor like they are nothing, people arent even using them anymore.
