Why is the doctor allowed to be on his phone and not watching the fight during crucial stages?
he's black. what a surprise

That is the most infuriating part, along with the complete lack of oversight from the referee.
I'm no expert in kickboxing, but if one guy is a stumbling punching bag doesn't that mean the fight is over?

Another quality™ post by lintz
Everyone responsible for keeping their eye on the guy should be charged for Negligent manslaughter. to be honest. This should never have happened.

As untrained as I am in boxing (I'm far from being a referee), after seeing him stumbling and trying to compose himself right after the 3rd round started, I would have done a standing 8 count, and most likely -as in, with 99% certainty- would have stopped the fight.
So these guys have no excuse.

people misunderstood my point.
he's black, the officials are white.

And you misunderstood mine. I was clearly praising you for your quality posting, nothing more.

For the record, I did get what you said. But I just think it's too outlandish, or perhaps, I'm trying to not let the cynical side of me to agree with you.

Pretty sure everyone who boxed you understood exactly what you meant.

Oh utube
Well that could explain why he seemed so weakened by the punches, as the rounds went by. The human body can be pretty resilient to abuse, but then again, one punch in the right place can seriously injure a person.

The point being your trying to start controversial racism in a place where there is none,it's nothing about his skin colour it's simply about officials not doing they're job properly, believe it or no black people are not always instigated against when white people get involved most people with common sense do not judge a person by the colour of his skin but more by his actions and the actions of others.

While I don't really give credit to random youtube comments, the video is slightly shady as well, you have to admit. I mean unregulated kickboxing match, with voiceovers from experts along with pointing out how long everyone has been working for the gym etc... all add up to make it fishy.
Also most (not all obviously) of the things they have spotted are momentary stumbles, shakes etc.. are very momentary. Obviously the ref, the ringside doctor etc... should have noticed something was happening and at least should have stopped the fight early but the case is not as clear cut as the video makes it out to be.

That's exactly the point. The referee, the cornermen and the ringside doctor all should have acted. They should have stopped the fight at some point and made sure he was ok to continue. It's their job.
By not doing their jobs properly, they allowed this man to die. That is criminally negligent manslaughter, no matter how you cut it.
