Urk. I had to turn off the audio because of that terrible fucking voiceover, and the opening/ending bits were annoying. Not to defend him, something just told me he was a racist hick (Mostly my prejudice about those accents and how he described the kid), but what's the point of the misleading title? If they dismissed him planting the gun, it could be corruption, but I don't particularly think that a pistol is "light and floppy" and they'd notice if he magically lost his gun. I searched a little bit through the internet. Apparently the boy had no criminal history and was riding his bicycle through a white neighbourhood at 1am. The cop wanted to stop him because he had no LIGHTS on the bike, then drive by tasered him, ran him over and dragged him under his car for quite a bit. It is not clear wether the kid had a gun or wether it was planted on him, but there were no fingerprints on the weapon (Why shouldnt there be any if it was his weapon?). Not going to justify what the cop did, it was totally unprofessional IMO, but why the hell was the kid running away? He was clearly trying to escape the cop, and if he didn't have anything to hide than he would've been fine. Both of them were idiots it seems.
