As a character vehicle sure, as a story medium it's 2.5 minutes of... stuff.

those are the online shorts, the show itself is actual episode length, not as serious as the original shows but they're pretty good (I'm biased towards dana snyder voicing plastic man though)
Half length.
Two shows per episode.
two 2.5 minute shows do not make a full episode

No so don't compare them because JLA is actually pretty decent
Justice League Action is a fine show, not the best but by far not the worst. It's silver age but with Garrosh Hellscream as Etrigran (no joke)
