wow, a truly amazing story.
I love hearing about these stories, touching in a way. Hearts for you.
It goes to show that not every man considered the "enemy" in war is not actually what you might think them to be, and could be just another guy who's fighting a war he doesn't want to participate in. Or he can be a crazed SS nazi fuck who's bent on control over the world and will kill anything and everything to get it :buddy:
The right kind of music can do anything, hell, I'm a firm believer in the notion that even with the battery bar on empty, if you play right song as loud as you can you'll get another half hour out of it. What a lot of people seem to forget is that soldiers are people too, they have lives and families of their own and 99% of them just want to go home. I can't think of a right minded person wanting to go out and kill people or start a war.
:patriot: My new favorite quote "I stuck out my hand and shook the hands of the enemy, but he was no enemy he was scared lonely like me" -Jake Leroy Tuler.
Heart goes out to him, he defeated an enemy in a non violent way. If he didn't play that trumpet, that sniper could of gone on to kill 20-30 troops.
It makes me wonder if that captured soldier ever saw his fiance again...
Jeez, so many hearts.
