Don't platypi/platypuses have venomous claws at the back of their legs? I'm assuming they were surgically removed on this one. Or it's a female which also has the claws on the back legs but doesn't produce venom. Just read the description, it's female.

It doesn't matter how cute it is, if its from Australia guaranteed there's a way it can cause you some sort of terrible toxin induced pain or cut you to pieces. On a side note enchidnas are equally as adorable up close, ive seen a few around where I live and the way they walk is so damn cute. Jesus chromes spell check wants to change echidnas to enchiladas...
