I noticed this and I thought it was the original artstyle. The first thing that comes to mind is the Simpons title card that says "The Simpsons" where the borders move around like Ed Edd and Eddy

Pretty sure most of the footage is from an actual episode, the Homer playing Pokemon Go stuff is all new.
Guess they whipped the Koreans extra hard this time.

Mostly because its a close up on something drawn for a larger frame. Sometimes in cartoons characters or objects will look chunky for an initial shot and then it'll zoom fairly far out.
I miss when The Simpsons predicted stuff [i]before[/i] it happened.
