There were some parts that made me laugh, and many that didn't.

Use less TF2 sounds, tone down the memes, use the matrix slow-mo less, and cut out parts that are just filler.

I was actually expecting a mockumentary using GTAIV about cars coming to life. That or a short film about killer cars. I was disappointed. This is a low quality montage of car explosions with a terrible selection of music.
